Resources

The Prince’s Foundation Resource pages are aimed at involving the public and media across the UK, the Commonwealth and worldwide through publications and educational material available to download, speeches, transcripts and video from past programme events, and the latest news and press.

Our office in Shoreditch also houses the Library, specialising in the history of architecture and planning, including conservation, regeneration and sustainability. Whilst oriented towards traditional solutions, the library covers most major architects, styles, building types and periods including the modern movement. Public access to the library is arranged through our Membership Programme.

Smart Growth America

A new American study demonstrates the climate benefits behind good urban planning, less car-reliant and more human scale urbanism. The study shows that by improving land development patterns, individuals will be supported to reduce reliance on using their motor vehicle for every single trip, communities will establish long term vibrancy and cohesion at the local level and the global village will benefit from reduced emissions and climate change impacts.
