Events Terms and Conditions
- Student rates are only applicable to full-time students.
- If you have booked a place at an event organised by The Prince’s Foundation for the Built Environment and subsequently have to cancel, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
- Cancellations should be made in writing via post or email to the events officer in charge no less than five working days before the day of the event.
- Cancellations made up to five working days in advance of the event can obtain a 50% refund.
- We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on tickets cancelled less than five working days before the event is due to take place.
- In most cases, replacement delegates will be accepted.
- No-shows will not be refunded and the full registration fee will be charged.
- Payments issued via credit card can only be returned to the same credit card account. We will not return any money via Western Union, or to any other transfer channel.
- Should it become necessary, for any reason beyond our control, to cancel an event, we will provide written notice as soon as possible to all registered participants. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, a full refund of all paid registration fees will be made but The Foundation will accept no further liability on hotel or transport costs.
